I am always ready to pack my bags and head to wherever your story takes place, whether it is a local hidden gem or a destination hours away. Because traveling for photography involves more than just the drive, my flat rate travel system helps cover the logistics of reaching you safely and reliably. This includes dedicated travel time, vehicle maintenance, fuel, and specialized insurance, as well as the cost of airfare or extended transit for out of state destinations. To keep things simple and transparent, I utilize a flat rate travel fee for every 50 miles traveled beyond your package’s after your complimentary miles. For locations that require significant time on the road, these fees also cover overnight lodging to ensure I am fresh, on site, and energized for your day while avoiding the risks of an exhausted late night commute. By handling these details through this simple step system, I can maintain the highest quality of service and focus entirely on capturing your story from the moment I arrive.
